but I love sweet in low in my coffee.......

I use artificial sweetners because I have poly-cystic ovarian syndrome which can be a predecessor to diabetes, and I do not want to get diabetes, so I avoid sugar at all costs.

artificial sweeteners for me. Sugar is bad for u and being too sweet can mean a lifetime of getting walked on.

I use Sweet and Low in tea and things like that that need sugar but when I bake or cook I use regular sugar.

Artificial sweeteners has aspartem(sp?) which is dangerous for the health
Look it up if you don't believe me.
I always use natural sugar.
