well...I seem to noticed it whenever my vision is blur..when my glasses is not on...

no becuase our brain blurs the "pixels" which are actually light sensitive rods and cones on our retina.

What youre seeing is an optical illusion that it nothing to do with "pixels"

No, because the human eye sees light reflecting from all points. The "dots" in this case are invividual atoms and molecules, all reflecting light for us to see, and each one far too small to be resolved individually.
