I could watch Prideand Prejudice overand over and over. When I am in that mood I tend to watch other Jane Austin or similar like Sense and Sensibility, Emma, Mansfield Park, Howards End, A Room with a View, The Importance of Being Ernest, an Idea Husband and of course Gone with the Wind. Oh there are many.

Ones that I would watch in a Notebook mood would be Fried Green Tomatos, Steal Magnolias, Nottinghill and maybe a River runs through it.

I liked the movie "Pride & Prejudice" and the book too.....however, I found that "The Notebook" although it was a good story...I could not stomach the young actor in this movie...kind of goofy to me and not much of an actor.
I agree with the happy couple.........The Lake House is a good flick.......I think you'll enjoy this one!
Also, if you haven't seen it yet......try "Little Women" the modern version and then see the original with Katherine Hepburn. Both films are excellent!

I loved The Notebook and have watched it three times already.
Keanu Reeve's "A Walk in The Clouds" is touching also.
"Love Actually", one of the best comdey/romances.
Even "About A Boy" is a great flick.
"Six Days, Seven Nights" is fun and romantic.
Ahh, so many to choose from.

A Walk to Remember, Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail. Also the Lake House, its a kinda weird storyline but sweet.

I really enjoyed The Lake House...

I'm usually not too big on the sappy romantic ones, but that weekend I just felt like a good love story...and Lake House definitely did it for me.

Sense & Sensibility is very good, too. With Kate Winslet and Alan Rickman (pre-Snape :o))

No, these are in a category of mushy fem movies all on their own.

A couple of good romantic moves are: Must Love Dogs, The Lake House.

Message in a Bottle, with Kevin Costner. Pretty much anything by Nicholas Sparks.
