The reason you have a hangover is toxins in the liver from the alcohol and dehydration. If you administer an enema, how is that going to increase hydration???? What goes up there WILL come out. Just drink lots of fluids - nonalcoholic ones - and that will take care of it. AA meetings are suggested if you have to have hangover advice.

You can take only so many enemas. If you haven't had one in a while then perhaps that will help some.

Hangover has to do with the body attempting to recover from having all major systems thrown out of norm. Hangover is a condition of illness and so treat yourself as such.

Take measures to nurse your digestive system and your brain. Headache is due to the brain trying to recover from the abnormal conditions imposed by alcohol consumption.

A lot of people avoid alcohol since there are enough problems in life to create difficulty for our health condition, youthfulness and longevity.

Vomiting will definately help. But, avoid drinking alcohol as much as possible. And it may be dangerous if someone is not in full sense. Please read about how and when to vomit. In Ayurveda, Indain medicine there is a process called as vaman (forced vomiting). You can use google and read about it in detail from different sources and approach it correctly. Yes, enema can also be useful but should not be done frequently. All the best!
