Does that mean it is only open during the summer months? The hotel I am staying at has their pool enclosed, and I am just wondering if I will be able to swim.

They maintain the temperature of the water all year around, you can swim either when it's cold or warm wheather..☺

It probably means that the pool is open year round, but heated only as necessary.
