I do count my blessings each night, and many times they change from night to night, and even completely over time as well. Nightly, I include in my blessings my family - parents, siblings, cousins, and let us not forget my daughter as well. I also include my friends, and any other people who have touched my life in a significant way throughout my day. I'm thankful for my health, home, food - and above all else God himself.
