I was wondering if anybody else saw the movie "Fire in the Sky", and what they thought of it...its based on a true story. The movie was probably made in late 80's or early 90's.

Loved this movie! Although it is kind of mediocre.
The abuse the aliens inflicted on Travis was so horrific.

Early 90's. I saw it, freaked me out when I was a kid. The "based on a true story" thing might be real, the movie was over dramatised, as we know, aliens haven't visted Earth.
But, overall, it was a good flick. What's his face (the main actor from A Cutting Edge) did a good job.

The first ten minutes were interesting.
The last ten minutes were interesting.
Everything between them was extraordinarily dull.
Yes, it's supposedly based on a true story, but from what I've read, the movie deviated drastically from the account Travis Walton gave. Artistic liberty, I guess...

Yes, I saw the movie. I thought that it was pretty good.
It was supposed to have happened around Flagstaff, Az. That was the scary part about the movie. I lived too close to the area in which it happened.

I'm a sci-fi buff, and I thought it was just okay. Too much emotional stuff, and not enough sci-fi.
