There really isn't much shape to them. some are oval, some are round, some are long, but none of them are a smooth shape.

There seems to be four shapes. My brother always tries to figure out which state the shape is. He thinks that if he is in Indiana, then they are shaped like Indiana, and so forth... But I do agree that they come in four random shapes.

There are two shapes included in each box. The rounded ones and the sort of rounded rectangle ones. That used to be the way one told which were white meat and which were dark, but now that's irrelevant since they are all allegedly white meat.

They really dont have much of a shape...they are just processed parts of white chicken meat. If anything they are shaped like ovals.
