It's a rip-off. Microsoft does now not function a lottery which could be unlawful within the state of Washington wherein they're centered. Internet lottery scams like the only you point out normally attempt to hook you into the concept that you have gained plenty of cash. Then, they desire you to pay a few bills earlier than you'll acquire your coins. They'll have you ever cord those bills through Western Union that is untraceable. After you pay one price, they're going to maintain telling you there are new bills to pay till you ultimately stop. They maintain the bills, you not ever get any cash. Where on Earth have you ever been for the period of the final 10 years? Everybody is aware of approximately the web lottery scams.
