somebody told me to download something i dont know what apparentely my multmedia is corrupted so i need to install and uninstall something somebody could help please.

well my email i mean when i go to yahoo i want to open my mail and appears a page that said "this page cant not be found" when i go to msn i want to open my mail same thing i have in another site another mail same thing so somebody told me that i have to uninstall something about the mail multimedia or something .
