Tell notaclue this is maintenance& repairs, the food section is below the freezing point, and it only takes a slight formation of ice to restrict the water flow, check the temperature control.

The internal temperature in your refrigerator is to low. Water freezes at 32F. Don't have the temperature quite so low.
