Former CIA clandestine case officer Robert David Steele made some comments that Google and the CIA are involved with one another.

Steele said, "I think that Google has made a very important strategic mistake in dealing with the secret elements of the U.S. government - that is a huge mistake and I’m hoping they’ll work their way out of it and basically cut that relationship off."

I have assumed from the time I was a teenager that the government already monitors everything and that certain words or phrases are flagged, analyzed and stored.
So if they are working together it would not surprise me the least.

I wood hope that homeland security is involved in random monitoring of all Internet servers. The CIA is just one branch. Its imposable to monitor everything at once but they have to try for ow er safety.they probably use programs designed for particular key words & phrases so the indivigual has very little to worry about.
