Go to your insurance company. In certain states, the insurance company goes the whole cost of a windscreen.

If you have fully comp insurance it chould cover it without any penalty. I've had loads of windscreens replaced this way.

My insurance covers a new windscreen,look at your policy,maybe yours does.
