I think it is good as long as you can control it in certain places . I have lost alot of jobs for being straight forward & treated bad for it so use it when needed but becareful .

Generally, i say things the way it is, i hate watching wat i say. If it is a rock, why put icing sugar on it?? But obviously there is a time when 1 has to watch it.
