everyone should be straight forward in what they do. that's human concept. but only some do it. may be 1 out of 100.

Most cases it is good.
Exception: When you are going to hurt someone's feelings. In that case, you may want to beat around the bush a little bit and let them come come to their own conclusion.

yes, sometimes it is, but not always. it depends on the situation and the person. you wouldn't want to be extremely straight forward to a hurting or ill person, or worse someone who might be coocoo.
