Diet pills do not work as advertised. It is highly unlikely that you will see the results depicted in the ads. Also, there are numerus side effects that can become serious, such as liver damage, errosion of the stomach lining, heart problems, etc.
My suggesstion would be to eat a diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables, which have high fiber and vitamin content. Vegetables are very complex and are broken down slowly, making you feel "ful" longer. Carbohydrates, on the other hand, are broken down quickly and result in your wanting to eat more often.
There is no one food that is superior to any other. Diet pills are definitely not the answer. Also, studies suggest that eating 5 or 6 small meals, rather than three large meals, helps curb snacking on high fat, low nutrient foods. Also, couch potatoes be warned" people do tend to eat unhealthy foods and greater amounts while in front of the tv.

I cannot help you with a diet pill but here is what I suggest. Whatever your favorite foods are, try to avoid eating a lot of them. I find that when I want to lose weight that helps me best. Other then that let the doctor decide what medication is good. DO let him know that you lack energy if that is the case as it could be thyroid or other medical problems he can check into. Good luck!

You do not need appetite suppressants. Those are useless without strong personal will to achieve appetite suppression.
Energy boosts can come from activities; if you do not have very many, you can come up with some on your own. Walking, going to an arts class, helping a neighbor.
Your doctor will probably tell you something about your appetite if you would ask.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

DO NOT take any pills for that, they ruin your insides in the long run , just change your diet, eat healthy foods & exercise 3 times a week !
