I was overdue too. When I was only 8 months along I started to feel as if she'd never come out!!! I promise, she will, sooner than later if you're almost 41 weeks! Hopefully nature will take it's course and your labor will start soon. If not, they'll probably induce you in another week. Talk to your baby. Tell her that everything is fine and you are ready for her arrival. Let her know that it's OK to come out. I know it sounds kind of hokey, but it very well may work. Good luck and congrats!

I know how you feel, I was induced at 42 weeks. I was sick of being pregnant (which is something my body didn't take well to), and tried all the old wives tales there was...and none worked, although some made me terribly sick. The doctors laughed when they heard some I had tried.
It is common to feel like you are feeling, but don't worry the baby will come...and there really is a baby in there.

Two things never happen in this world: plane does not stay in the sky and baby does not stay in mother's belly forever :))
don't worry, up to 42 full weeks it's normal, just you have to be under observation all the time and monitor your baby's heart beat 3-4 times a week in the clinic.

Don't you worry, my sister in law was 2 weeks overdue and she now has a 4 year old beautiful girl. I know it's difficult to wait, especially towards the end but what you'll get eventually is definitely worth waiting for.

Yes. It is because you are so big and miserable and so ready to meet the little one.
Have your doctor induce you. He will considering you are overdue, and when your baby is ready to come out the baby will. It is all worth it when you see the pink face crying for the first time. Good Luck, and Congrats!!

relax. due dates are not an exact science and are still just a best estimate. I carried one of my babies 42 weeks and labor was induced turned out she just wasn't ready to be born and had complications due to the induction. Don't worry, that could be holding things up. Start walking like for hours everyday. Have sex. Eat thai food or buffolo wings. That baby will come when the time is right for him/her. (Maybe not the right time for you though.)

you can do like my friend did she said that all she was haveing was a bad headace an she wen t to the doctor and took te baby because her blood pressure was high andthat is what was causeing her head aces so (i know ishouldnt b saying this but) you should get real upset with some one until your head starts to hurt and go to the emergency room and see will they let you have the baby yet.
good look

The last few days are always the hardest. As long as you feel the baby kick, you are fine.

Well I was 42 weeks with my first one, but no I never felt that, as he was still in there and moving around. If it is bothering you, why don't you ask your doctor about it.
