For the dark circles get more rest. Try to sleep for at least 7 hours a night. Drink lots of water to cleanse your skin. Have a balanced diet.
Get a face cleansing routine. See an dermatologist and let him prescribe something for you. Use bleaching cream.
I do not know why you want to get fairer but, i will leave that alone.
Try this on for size though. You have low self esteem and watching too much TV.
Love the skin you are in first, then change it.
The better you feel about yourself the more it will show through your aura. That is the thing that people see that make them feel attracted to you and they cannot tell you why.
If you have no personality, the best designer in the world cannot make an outfit to make you look good.
Looking good is about you. You feel good, you look good. There is nothing else that i can tell you.

Put a healing ointment like an antibiotic ointment on your scars and that should make them heal in time. Keep it on every day. Accept your self and your skin color the way you are. For the pimples an astringent may help. Use a soap that has a moisturiser in it-oatmeal soap is good for your skin as well. Just keep your skin good and clean. Be a good person with a great personality and that will be the most important thing that you can ever do.I am sorry that you had those old chicken pox! I am getting over the shingles which come from the same virus-I had chicken pox when I was young but even though I had them bad I was lucky and did not get scared. These Shingles are really rough. I rubbed cold compressed Alo-Vera juice on my skin where I did have blisters and that helped me to heal. I never heard anything about running naked in the rain but that made me laugh. Maybe I will try it some time! Thanks and GOOD LUCK to you!

There's a couple of things you can do about the dark circles, but none of them are quick fixes. Usually they are caused by lack of sleep, dehydration or sinus problems. Make sure you get enough sleep (at thirteen, that should be 9-10 hours a night), and drink plenty of water (5-7 large glasses a day). If you have problems with being stuffy or your nose running alot, ask your parents to take you for a check up.

As for your looks, don't worry so much you're thirteen and they are going to change a great deal in the next four or five years. Lots of guys are funny looking or unattractive at thirteen and grow up to be quite handsome.

Washing your face two or three times a day will take care of most acne, but if that doesn't work try a dermatologist (skin doctor).

Right now, work on the things that you can. Make sure your clothes are clean every day and you're freshly showered. Don't forget deodorant! Nothing turns people off quicker than body odor. Stand up straight and walk with your shoulders squared and your head up. If you emit confidence, others will see it in you. Be honest, compassionate and just finish being a kid.

It's good that you're concerned about your appearance at your age, but try not to be so critical of yourself.

Listen - at thirteen you still have a lot of maturing and growing to do - as you get older your skin will clear.

Concentrate instead on your schooling and becoming a good person. Get a hobby to expand your mind.

Wasted hours in front of the mirror will serve you no purpose.

Get plenty of sleep. Eat well. Be kind to yourself and others.

Confidence is incredibly attractive and the ability to laugh is too.

Don't focus on the surface at such a young age. There are so many more important things in life.

Step away from the mirror young man and go forth into the world.

;)

As many a grandmother has said "handsome is as handsome does".

Like all grandmotherly sayings, it annoys the hell out of you and is also much more accurate than you like to believe.

Let me explain.

Think of people you know who you think are really attractive, lovely people.

Next time you meet them - stop thinking about who they are and REALLY look at them. I will bet their features are not even, that they have skin flaws - all sorts of things they probably agonize over in front of a mirror in the privacy of their own homes.

In reality, it is how we act that makes people think we are attractive - not how we look.

So - forget the spots and shadows and flaws you think you see in yourself, if you work on how you act - nobody will notice these "flaws".

Enjoy life, laugh and love and look forward to the future. If you have fun and develop a positive outlook, you will be a pleasure to be with and people will treasure your company.

You must be very young. Looks are not everything don't you know that beauty comes from the inside. I have very good looking friends married to plain ugly men and they are happy.... their husbands are kind and loving AND they don't have to worry about some-one trying to steal him!.
