RE:
How do you remove spray paint from glass?
Happy Halloween...yeah, right. I left for work this morning to see that our neighborhood punks spray painted a side window near the front door of our condo. The graffiti is about one foot by six inches.
I've done a little internet research and am getting a million different answers. ...

This is Black spay paint that they put on a RV back bedroom windows ! I am remodeling the RV & ready to remove the paint. I don't want to scrape them scared I scratch the window so rather use a paint thinner or something else that will really work & take all the paint off! Then I am going to have them tented.

I remove paint all the time from glass.
There are many products that will work. First try ordinary rubbing alcohol, if the paint gets sun baked, it might be tougher, You can also try paint Strip-ez (sold at home depot or other store)

If it truly is glass, you can clean it by scraping the piant off with a paint scraper. Just make sure that the blade is PERFECTLY FLAT, with no bent corners.
MAKE SURE IT"S GLASS, not ploycarbonate.
You can also try white gas, the type you burn in a liquid camp stove. That was my mother's universal solvent of choice. Kerosene would also work on this. Good thing it's outside.

I love this stuff called OOPS. You can get it at Wal-mart now and it works wonders! You can get it in spray or liquid. Removes all sticky stuff and paint for me.
