First of all, don't listen to those 4 jerks who answered your question before me.
There is quite a few things that are different than in US:
1. Your fiance should pick you up from your house (or wherever you're staying befor your wedding day). Both of you should sleep separately on your last night before wedding.
2. When both of you are ready to go to church you should get on your knees and your parents will bless this realtionship. Now you're ready to go to the church
3. Most of Polish people get married in the church since 99% Polish people are catholics.
4.In the church your father can walk you down the isle and will "give you away". If you choose you can walk down the isle with your fiance.
5. After the ceremony when you leave the church, guests should throw rice and pennies above you as you walk. This is to make sure you will always have food and money in the house. Never, ever spend those pennies because this is very bad luck - just save them.
6.Now, your on the way to your wedding reception. At the wedding facility your and his parents will greet you with a loaf of bread and salt and will bless your marriage. Both of you should kiss the loaf of bread to show respect to God blessing your marriage and "feeding" you.
7. Time for party!!!!!There is several customs - games that you can do. In US husband removes the garther, in Poland it is also done. Then your husband should remove your veil and when he's doing is all single female guests should lightly beat him on his fingers to make it hard for him to remove your veil. You might get beaten on your head but, come'on, it's a game! Then it's your time, the same thing happens but it is you who has to remove your husbands tie(or whatever he wears on his neck that day) and instead of girls it's a single-male guests are disturbing you.
8. Then you have of course first dance with your husband and after that you should have "second" dance with your dad and him with his mom. There are several wounderful songs about parents to play to the dance.
9. Then you can cut your cake and have first glass of champagne together. After you drink your champagne, you should throw away behind you your glasses(both of you at the same time). There is a belief that which one of you decide to clean it first that will be the follower in your marriage.
8. The next day there is a second party just for closest family members and friends called "Poprawiny".

There is a lot more but nothing else comes to my mind now. If I remeber something else I'll let you know
