The difference in cost is enourmose it depends where it is located, length of lease, condition, use and local regulations ( some areas may have a nightwork ban imposed or noise restrictions that may include lorries attemdin the siite late at night

Any reasonable commercial estate agent will supply you with a list of available properties. eg Savilles commercial.

It really depends where you go in the uk. I live in a rented warehouse in east london. It's huge, about 5000 square ft so about 10 people live in it and the total collected rent is of about £5000 a month!!

It really does depend on where in the UK you need to be.
A huge warehouse in, say, Cumbria, is going for one-third of the same thing in London.
