Grounds for Divorce.
A divorce under Oregon laws can be granted when irreconcilable differences between the parties have caused the irremediable breakdown of the marriage. Specific acts of misconduct aren't admissible, except when relevant to child custody proceedings, or to prove irreconcilable differences.
Final Divorce Hearing.
The final divorce hearing can't be held until at least 90 days have passed since the date of the service of the summons and divorce petition upon the respondent.
If either party files a written motion, supported by affidavit, asking the court to grant an emergency or necessary judgment dissolving the marriage earlier than 90 days, the court may, at its discretion, grant a judgment earlier than 90 days.

That all depends on the case i was divorced in seven months but we agreed on everything and my lawyer told me i had one of the quickest divorces he's ever done that it can take a couple years sometimes. Good luck
