that it is so easy to break your arm doing this?!! My son and his friends were at the pub having arm wrestling matches just for fun and...SNAP his friend's arm snapped loud and broke!!
I used to arm wrestle for fun with my mates but yikes...not anymore. Any of you done this??

Yeah I know it is possiable. Although to be fair I didn't know much about sport until recently. See the State Champion works at the same place I do and have talked with him about it. Although I don't think he has that title this year, but he is planning to win it back I'm sure. Anyway people don't realize that there is so much too this. There is actual strategy when you get into competition and it is intresting to hear about.

I've never been a fan of arm wrestling, but I didn't think you could break your arm doing it. Kinda scary.

They really go for it.I hurt my friend's wrist once while arm wrestling,it didn't broke but it hurt.
