Hold a rode by hands and hang till death. I m sure ur height will be increased soon.

You can do it.

They are called stretching Exercises. You can find them on Internet.

I had good results with swimming, just not playing in the water but actual, doing laps for 1/2 an hour at a time.

Increasing the Height

You did not say how old you are. But you are under 18 years of age.

In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.

You said you have been Cycling. That is a good exercise and fun too.

You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises on floor.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stanching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

Issue of Genes:

You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.

Swimming:

You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Where you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.

The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly , completely,slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

Well, there are. It's not at all easy though.

One way is to get your legs lengthened. It's possible, but needs operation procedures.

There are many reasons for our lack of growth, but the most important one is the limited and unbalanced level of growth hormones in our body. It is growth hormones that grow the cells, bones, muscles, and organs of our bodies.

Growth hormone is a protein produced particularly by the pituitary gland. Proteins are made of building blocks known as amino acids. Located in the center of our brain, the pituitary gland is often called the master gland because it controls the release of many of the body's hormones.


Ways to increase growth hormones:

1) Using growth hormone - releasing products like glycine, glutamine, agrinine, ornithine, niacin, and 16 other amino acids which you can get with or without a prescription. Such substances and drugs are usually used by body builders. They are also useful for elderly people to increase their growth hormone level.

2) Another unnatural way to increase growth is the man-made growth hormone received by series of injections (which cost from $12,000 to 18,000 per year), prescribed after careful evaluation of a person's growth pattern and growth potential. These injections may help you to grow, but inducing growth too quickly may inhibit later growth.



Frankly, I think that all this is somewhat.....useless. I mean it might help, but it costs so much and isn't quite worth it. You can always create the illusion that you're taller.

1) Wear heels :)
2) Wear horizontal stripes. They really stretch you
3) Do not wear a thick belt because it will cut you into two and make you look shorter.

U have plenty of time, i guess you are age is 15-16 and u should not panic, avoid scootrettes and prefer cycling, try to have skipping every morning 10 sets of 20 you can go for swiming on week ends even u can adopt a game like basket ball or volley ball.
If you are non-veg you can have one egg daily if you are veggie you should have pulses that is dal in your food on daily basis.
Secondly , you should do surya Namaskar every morning

well i was suffering with the same problem
well dear u have still time
i was told that after 9 i couldnt increase my height
but dear its wrong after that period i have increased 4 inc.
well u just dont worry
u consult a doc.
bcos i did that
and there are some medicines which help this
thay are good and harmless

You should take more Calcium supplements. And believe it or not, the more you exercise, the more your hormones boost up, the taller you grow. Believe it or not, the sun actually make you shorter. The sun produced Vitamin D, which destroy calcium in your bone, so ya... do what you can. ANd ofcourse drink milk before you go to bed HELPS! believe it or not. Drink milk daily contributes to 20% of your growth, so figure! :D

You are just 13 and 5.1 is perfect.Your body will start glowing like anything during the age of 14-17. % body change will be very high during this period because your hormones would be secreting a lot and are responsible for your body weight,physical appearance and heght as well......
Do not worry ,you will be fine.....This is what my experience says.....

hey!!don`t be tensed u can increase ur height by doing some stretchable excercises,just straight ur hands upwards and pretend to touch the sky.also cycling is helpful.

Look. Be happy with you are. I am not very tall. My parents are both six footers and i am only about 5'5. Use your height to your advantage. I met my first bf like that. I kept asking him to help me reach stuff and we hit it off great.

well there was once a doctor I met then we talked about same topic which you are interested to know. This man told me to go check doctors who are willing to cut your lemur or your leg bones then let it heal this sound eerrie but he said it's tried and long time tested than those medications that tricks you. All doctors know about this so if you're interested or wants to know if true go ahead make that appointment and ask your doc. =)
