That's such a broad question!
A philosophy or a philosopher should be logical, unless the philosophy is based on being irrational.
Different philosophies may differ, and the differences may turn on questions of logic, although it is usually because the philosophies use different meanings of terms.
Some philosophies, like solipsism, lead to assertions that are inherently not analyzable logically.

You have a view, just as I do. I'm sure you have much different philosophies than I do, and I'm sure that I'd consider several of those illogical. Philosophy is about searching for the truth. You may believe in a different truth about many things than I do, and that's your reality. We all live in our own realities, and so what is true for you, may not be true for me. Therefore, your philosophies should be logical to you, but may be completely illogical to me. But if they're logical to you, and you think they're right, well, that's basically all that matters.

Oh dear, another one of these. Yes, emotions are illogical, but we are not from the planet Vulcan, so that is OK. You might as well try ignoring the taste of food, or the wetness of water when you swim. Having emotions is part of being human-- it may even be the most important part of being human. Did logic or reason ever raise a family or compose a symphony? Look, the Stoics in Greece tried this about 3000 years ago. It didn't work or make sense then, and it doesn't now.

No. Philosophy cannot be illogical because by definition it means the love of wisdom or knowledge. How can wisdom or knowledge be illogical?

Philosophy is very illogical. Read some of the famous philosophers like Aristotle. We read some short excepts from him in my world lit class and I was so very lost. To me, when I don't get it, it's illogical.

Most definitely! Words of the wise, or deep thinkers do not necessarily mean they hold true. Words are powerful. However when searching for truth in philosophy, take what you can relate to from it, critique it, then add your own thoughts.
