My BF has been acting funny the past few days. He seems distracted, not as loving or attentive, as though he has something weighing on his mind. I have asked him many times what is wrong, and he keeps saying, "Nothing."
Then this morning, he told me he wants to talk to me about something tonight, but won't give details. Now, I'm feeling weird, like he's going to give me some bad news or break up with me or something like that.
I have a MAJOR exam in class this afternoon, that I HAVE to study for all day today, and all I can do is worry about what he's going to tell me tonight. My whole day is ruined over this.

DON'T YOU HATE THAT?

actually its on the way u want to react.. dont worry yet.

worry after your talk. y worry now? u dont even know what will happen and dont go gaga about it. focus on ur priorities.

if in case its a good news, then you'll get 2 wins --if u also passed the exam. if its a bad news and you allowed to be distracted by it, then you lost both.

dont worry about tomorrow or the future, for it will take care of itself, instead focus on what u have today.

=) ur smart, and you can do it.

Hope all turned out ok. I had to watch for 2 weeks as my now ex-husband gathered all his belongings and move out after he informed me of taking a new job and didn't ask me to move with him. Now in hind sight I should have broken it completely then and not hang on for the 5 extra years I wasted my life. I have done more with my life and been to more places than when I was with him. And yes I hate things like that but it's their power trip and controlling by trying to keep us dangling.

Yes I hate this too! The best thing you can do is try and distract yourself today and get through the exam the best you can.
Good luck and take care

yup i totally hate it but look at the bright side u don;t know what's all about maybe he will pop the question...........or many other things no matter what he'll say tonight you should focus on yourself now...........when me and my bf split in 2 days i had the college admission so my sis told me to imagine i have a CD player and the thought abt him is the music so she told me to push the stop button and when my exam was over to push start again...........i did and i take the exam and passed with a high grade..........

Yes, that sucks. Try to think of your future and forget whatever's coming later. You could be imagining the worst and later after you don't study you won't be able to change it. And if it is the worst remember things happen for a reason and maybe he really wasn't your prince charming.

You should have told him that you are not free this evening to delay this conversation a day or two later, at least this would give more time to keep him thinking and missing you...

Ask him to delay it and don't show up till the date.

If he wants to talk, let him talk now.
I hate to be prepared for something what I don't know what is.
How can I be prepared for further conversation if I don't know about what it will be?

Definitely - ruin my day and my nerves.
