If u plan your trip to Bohol with a help of travelling agancy, well they will take good care of your trip to bohol.
If by your own ways and means, while riding on a ship from cebu to tagbiliran you can inquire at there ship attendant and they will help you find a car or van for rent. Inorder for you to have a whole day city tour to all the hot spot of bohol.

have u booked a package tour? if u did, the resort will be the one to pick you up upon arrival at the airport, then talk to the driver to take you around the tourist spots, coz if u will book it at the resort its much higher. A half day city tour will be around 2,000 pesos, if u want to give him a tip then it's fine.. enjoy!
