The money received as corruption is again utilized in the same society. Then how it can adversely effect the economic cycle of a country. I think it cannot.

A company bribes an official to look the other way while they polute water and air. They bribe some judge to find them faultless when an entire community begins to develop cancer, and birth defects after some company pours chemicals in their water supply. We are getting more and more mercury dumped in the air and sea until seafood is becoming hazardous to eat, but the government won't raise safety standards. Bribes at work. so rethink your theory.
