by lossening the negative terminal does not work what else can i do?

BY REMOVING THE CABLE IT DID NOTHING.
IF I WANTED TO PAY TO GET IT REMOVED I WOULD NOT HAVE BOTHERED ASKING THE QUESTION.

loosen the negative battery cable, remove it quickly and replace(you may hear a small click as the computer resets), this should clear your service light.

my advice is take it to some one that knows what there doing the cost maybe lighter on the pocket.
