I have just found out that they do not have my records, they say they where sent somewhere else but my doctors service said that if I wanted to pick up my records they would be at the new location. This happened in Cincinnati, Ohio. Does anyone know if there is any case law in Ohio that covers matters like this as far as recourse goes? This represents my whole medical history, 55 years.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Legally, those records belong to the doctor, not to you--he created them, he owns them. The law requires that he keep them confidential but he also is required to maintain them for a reasonable period of time. Apparently, under Ohio law, you have the right to have copies made of those records at a reasonable cost. See links below.

I got toxic bronchitis from my employment with Oak Mitsui,in Hoosick Falls,NY.The Dr. whom diagnosed me initially.I went to see some 10 yrs later, with bronchial pneumonia.I'm sorry sir we have no records of you.I found out from Oak Mitsui's company Dr. Old timer Dr. Martinez that Oak Mitsui, tried to get him to alter records and have records disappear. So, he said to me he resigned. I need his testimony and to exhume the 9 people whom died working there and sue the scumbags.
