I've known him for 8 years, he was my first love and I still think about him and visa versa. I have a bf, care about him and love him, together for 2.5years, but don’t know if he is the 1. Should I go to end this chapter of my life and 2 b sure? Everybody’s telling me that me and my bf don’t mach, love blinds you... and everybody love’s my X and we share the same interests, me and my bf total opposites! I don’t know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What does your X say? Are you being charmed at the could've been should've been? Are you being romanced by the grass might be greener on the other side?
Basically I think you know your heart----and maybe you think what you have is LOVE with the bf of 2.5 yrs...and it isn't love at all. Maybe you were on the rebound when you got involved with him.
Love blinding you has nothing to do with your situation----Follow your heart---and everything will take care of itself!

Hi! Judging from your little chapter here i take it that you are still very much in love with your x, my reason for this assumption: you only picked on the negetive things about your current relationship, you haven't chosen any positive points, i think that you should go on the date to satisfy yourself bcos at the end of the day you are the most important person in your life, not your current bf, not your x bf, its you and ONLY you.be very careful during your date, be aware and pay good attention to what your x has to say, and 1 other thing, if you and your x had such a good relationship, why did you guys split? will its hard to know unless u go and see of yoUr self
but make sure to let ur new boyfriend that ur going just as a friend nothing else and then you can see if you do still love him or not
but i don't think u need to open this chapter of Ur life maybe he will hurt u again
why don't u try to fix or make Ur relation ship better with Ur boyf that u have now its much better to you
and no body is perfect and its OK if both of you don't have same interest its not a reason to let him
if he doesn't love and u don't love then why are u still together
don't go to the past live Ur life and life doesn't stand on one man
and dont care about what others say and dont let them to tell u what to do cz this is ur life not them

Hey whats up,are you confused or is everyone else?Sounds like your letting others choose your romance for you.It does'nt matter what everyone else thinks it is your heart that will be crushed if you make wrong decisions with a relationship.What does your heart say?Who do you love?Your BF should let you go figure this out so later on you don't have second thoughts, say after your married and have children,I would let you.Just be sure that you dont hurt the one that you truely love!Best of luck!

Hey remember dat he is ur X, for some reason in the past wid u. If u both have so similarities, then why u separated at dat time, now u have ur BF, who loves u , dont cheat him honey , jus look for present only and tell ur X , not to contact u , and ur engaged wid somebody else, i know it is hard to do, But u have to go for it at any case.

An "ex" is an "ex" for a reason...the chapter ended when you broke up with each other 2.5 years ago. Obviously you still have sparks for your "ex" , it's sounds like you are looking for a reason to break up with your current bf...

I am 20 and i have a GF who loves me so much! I leave aborad, out of country and here I have my X. I still have sex with my X and we are having fun, but I won't fall in love with my X becuz she has a bf too and he is also abroad! what a complicated situation isn't it???? fell FREE! do whatever you want ... lifes counts on 2 numbers... u alive and u dead! it's too short ... do WHATEVER YOU AND ONLY YOU THINK THAT ITS RIGHT!!! don't ask for my opinion nor no one of these people who has posted here.... You need to grow up and act mature, sweetie. Stop being manipulated by what other people say. Sounds like neither is right for you. Why in the world would you even think the old boyfriend is sitting around waiting for you anyway? You need to fix yourself before you involve in relationships.
