You need to hit him where it hurts. You need to find out what hurts him. Always stand up for yourself. Never be afraid. The more you show fear the more he is going to bully you. Ignore him and say to him next time, why do you feel the need to pick on people? Is it because your such a looser you think that this is the only way to get people to like you? Then say because I hate to tell you, but you don't scare anyone. Everone just thinks you are a looser. And walk away. Trust me this will get to him. He might not leave everyone alone but he'll think twice before picking on you again. Good Luck, and don't let it show you are scared.

The satisfaction you might get from hurting him is no where near as strong as the satisfaction you get from leaving him be. This is a difficult one sometimes to understand but the power of the spoken word is in the ear of the listener not in the speaker. Only you can give him power over you.
However, if he is forcing himself than it is time to bring in an adult. Talk to your teachers counselors and the principal if need be. Any physical advance or mental anguish is the responsibility for the school to take care of.
If this is not a situation where the school takes proper care of these things than talk to your parents, if you haven't already, and then speak to a police officer.
Bullying or aggressive behavior is not ok. Don't stop until this is taken care of.
If I were to take this on myself I would have to a) not talk to him or face him when he is talking, and b) walk away when I can. Again if he is being physical than that needs an adult to take care of it.

Find another bully (preferably bigger and meaner than him) and dare him to bully this bigger bully. If that doesn't work then go up to this bigger bully and tell him your bully says he can whip his *** anytime.
If this doesn't work, move to another town.
