first and foremost, the question must be asked as to what are the details from both sides ? there are always three sides to every situation ;

side 1; person a's view of the situation

side 2; person b's view of the situation

side 3; the real truth in the middle, using comparitive components of both and extrapilating the more probable than not, as well as eliminating all known quantities untill whatever is left and can not be eliminated , how ever unlikely or improbible, must be the true cause.

once the real truth is known as to why the cheating occured , then it can be determined as to weather or not the relationship can be repaired or not.

one well known method to balance the playing field is to make the offending party(s), have to watch the injured party be with somebody else, without responding or interfearing.

this is just one perspective and has thousands of variables and is not applicable to all cases. to truely give specific and fully appropriate response, would require question to be re-formated with full details, not so generic and uninformed.

(1)cheat on him with someone better than him-someone he can never be!

(2)Do everything he doesnot like or approve of

(3) Ignore him and make him the last in your list of favourite people

(4) Flirt with other guys when he is around

(5) Go out more often without him

(6) Dump him

(7) Pretend u love him while you cheat on him

I'm the master of this!!! LOL....If you're married to the cheat---withdraw all the joint monies and secure it in an account in your own name----
You can go to your church and secure religious tracts on adultery and forward at least one daily to the female / male that the cheater is cheating with.
Send the cheaters fling an annoymous HIV + notice----With all the publisher design programs you can make it look very official on a hospital labs stationery-----Remember to use a code name such as PATIENT : 00069M or something like that!
If the cheater is a couch potatoe-----SHUT your cable off to his TV!

You could do the classic and sew a few prawns in to the hem of a curtain. Wont be long before the smell will be vile and he will have no clue where it is coming from.. (obviously this is only a good idea if you do not live together and you still have access to his place!!)
