Definitely your time - it's the most precious thing you can give anyone.

Why not plan a nice trip somewhere like a winter walk by the ocean, an activity day, a weekend away, a bunch of flowers every month for a year - use your imagination and you'll be in brownie points for ever :-)

For a woman who has everything I would choose something that involves you because that is what she needs the most is..... quality time.
Plan a nice evening, here's the ideal thing....
Start off by taking her flowers, go to a restaurant with culture something international and then go to a performance, movie or concert.
You will give her a night to remember!
