There may be a different ways by which he got your password.
First of all he has a keylogger at the system at which you have lastly opened your account. keyloggers are programs design for capturing all the storkes of keyboard typed by you, it keeps a history of button which you pressed on keyboard, and also they runs in totally invisible mode and cannot be find by yourself. They are also known as spyware.

but remember it all contains spywrae in it. so safety first!
second method is that he knows your secret information.
Third one is that he watched your password when you are typing.

The computer normally remembers the user id and passwords automaticlly. At times, at the place where u log on, there is an option 'Save my user id and password', etc. If you click in the box then also it saves the user id and password. Anyone who uses your computer would therefore come to know your user id and password and operate your account.
If you want to avoid this MAKE IT A HABIT to follow the following procedure regularly
Right click on the Internet Explorer icon on the Desktop;
click on 'Property' which will open a box for you
In the top row, click on 'Content';
In the new box which has been opened, click on 'Auto Complete..';
It will open two boxes 'Clear Forms' and ' Clear Passwords';
click on OK for each of them
This will delete all the user ids and passwords from your computer and none will be able to recall them.

maybe he is a hacker .. there are programmes maybe he using it !
go and change it .
