Don't think that you are pregnant just because you are having cravings. Your body often craves things when it knows it needs a certain mineral or vitamin, this can even happen to men.
As for the sharp pains in the stomach, tempature and nausea they sound like the symptoms of a virus or flu. So please get yourself looked at by a health care professional to make sure that you get the correct treatment and can get better.
Remember your body is trying to tell you something when you have symptoms like this, it may only be a flu, but it could be something else like an allergic reaction or beginning of a serious illness. The earlier you get looked at, the better for you in the long run no matter what the problem is.

I had the nasuea, and the cravings when I was pregnant, early stages. NOT the other symptoms you talk about though. You REALLY should go see a doctor as soon as possible to find out what's going on and put your mind at rest. Good luck to you and people DO care.

Sounds like the flu. No temp. when you are pregnant. No bone aches except your back.
