1. the wall mounts are available, to support up to 80 pounds, or more, by model, at Wal mart, on the Internet, at http://pricewatch.com or http://geeks.com or http://newegg.com and all the computer and office store chains.

2. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about just plugging in any TV to the computer DVI or VGA!!!!!! The signals are DIFFERENT!!!! even though the plugs might mate up!!!! Read it all in a search on google.com about 'computer TV' 'TV computer' 'Computer DVI'
etc. There are conversion boxes for sale!

3. Yes, Sceptre makes a VGA LCD monitor that is also a cable TV, S-video, and Composite video unit. I own one, and it is FANTASTIC!!! I have cable TV, two surveillance cams, and my computer on it!!!

I am sure others do also, just make sure you do the research, before you buy!!! Plugging a computer into a TV can blow up either one, or even, both!!! And, I run http://pclinuxos.com for the huge amount of control I have over all the technical parts!!!

Look into Modern Televisions.

The ones that have Wall Mounts these days are also set up to be used by both your Cable/Antenna and your Computer.

Otherwise, it might be a little harder to find one. Maybe do some research into places that make Wall Mounts that Schools and Hospitals use,.. but those are for Televisions or hooking up to special carts doctors use,.. I do not know if they will have what you want for a normal monitor.

First you must measure with your feet rulers feet don't work well then you multiply the result (ex2) by your height (ex5'2) then you divide by age (ex20) the answer you change to measure form (ex 5.2=5'2) make sure you do same for length and width :)
