i have been diagonised with pcos 2 months back. my blood sugar levels were normal then.now i have slight pain around my pelvic region and genital itching too...is it because of pcos or an infection or something else??

Since all you give for symptoms are pain and itching, there is no way to give a good answer to this.
I would suggest that you possibly have a yeast infection due to the itching and pain. (tho not all women with yeast infections experience pain, some do)
A doctor is the only one that can diagnose the issue you may be having, but I have found, being a PCOS sufferer, that I am more prone to yeast infections because of the insulin resistance.
