You might want to try Sally Hansen's hard as Nails, there's also a product named Nail Forte or something like that, this product is a liquid that you add a few drops to your regular nail polish. What really works is from the inside out. Try to eat more gelatin (jell-o), folic acid and calcium (vitamins) it makes your hair and nail grow healthy and strong because of the keratin.

My nails used to break and split,I now take a cod liver oil capsul a day, Ive been using Sally Hansen 's "Get Growing " just rub it in your nails and let it dry and then put a coat of Sally Hansen's Triple Strong, do them twice a week untill your nails grow longer.
It is worth sitting down and putting this stuff on your nails,I file my nails straight across and dont shape untill theyve grown. Try it.

Oily fish is great for nails, i.e tuna, sardines
The oil gives the nails the nutrients it need to strengthen and grow.

You can buy these stong nail or help it grow tablets from boots. But food wise- milk, cheese, dairy products.
The best thing, get pregnant your nails will be lovely!!!

carrets, fruits, lots of milk even soak your nails in milk it helps alot or go buy some nail polish for that just make sure you reaply every other day then it is useless
