I don't mean by just deleting the home page web address or the dial-up number and IP Address because I can still remember the settings.

You cannot disable WAP...it is a feature of the operating system. The only way to stop it working is to remove the settings and try to disbale them....your network operator maybe able to place a block on your WAP access though.

WAP & MMS both use a GPRS connection because they are data intensive compared to a standard sms meesage. Just make sure you only delete the right connection profile...otherwise you won' be able to send pictures.

You can't. WAP is used to send and receive text messages. You'll just have to show some restraint.
