What type of wormer as horses need to have different wormers each time, they have yearly worming rotas

http://www.equestrianguide.co.uk/wormerwheel.asp

Here is a link to a rota for yearly worming for your horse. To buy wormers we use a tack shop or vets

Hope this helps

Always worth checking local to you with wormers, especially if buying bulk, as I have found them a lot cheaper than the best web deals when buying for ten plus horses. Most important is the worming plan and correct dosing to avoid resistant worms cus then we are all screwed!

Have you tried doing worm counts instead-you send off a sample of muck and then they tell you if your horse really needs worming or not. We use it for all our horses and it saves worming when you dont need to. If you are in the UK I can give you an address to send off for. It is cheaper than buying a worming kit from the tack shop and its the same people!!

Jeffers usually has wormers on sale. You can get an ivermectin based wormer for $3.49 - 3.99... a deal even with the cost of shipping.

Wouldn't recommend you buying anything cheap as far as veterinary products go! Why don't you get together with some other horse owners at your stables and buy some wormer in bulk from your local supplier, it should work out cheaper than buying it one dose at a time.

Alternatively, you can try the following sites:

http://www.petsensedirect.co.uk/home.asp... - they do bulk discounts

i prefer to go to the tack store or the local feed store or TSC to get them. That way you dont have to pay shipping. HOWEVER, if you are buying in bulk for lots of horses or for a couple of wormings then I suggest Valley Vet Supply- i think that it is valleyvetsupply.com. They offer discounts for buying it in bulk. Hope this helps.

Jeffers is a great place to get horse supplies/tack. Also have catalogs for livestock and domestic pets.
