i don't want to take out the battery and ctrl alt delete won't work also the on/off button won't work help!

press and hold the on/off button for 5-10 secs ..

mine has done the same thing you will have to pop the battery off then back on if you didnt have anything important open then everything will still be there i hate when that happens but thats what you have to do.

hold down the on off button & count 2 ten it should then shutdown

try this ..
go to start menu ...type this command
shutdown -s
if that does not work then go to task manger
on the menu on top choose shutdown
if it does not work then ...too bad your laptop has more problems than i could solve now ...

take the battery out and unplug it from the wall
