It is difficult to make them both covertibles. The Zen carbon lends itself to cutting as it only has one door, but even then you cannot get a soft top hood fitted if the car has not been designed for one. So while you can make it open top you cannot make it 'convertible'.
You can give the zen a sporty feel by changing the seats, the steering wheel, altering the silencer in the exhaust to become more throaty, and change wheels to 14" alloys. Put vinyl racing centre stripes along the length of the metal over the bonnet, top and down the hatch. MAXX out your engine by changing the intake manifold to improve performance. there are some kits available but I'm not sure where or how they perform

Yes u can convert the Zen in2 a convertible.But 1st you will have 2 convert it into a 2-door hatch like the Zen Carbon or Steel.
If u are willing 2 buy a convertible(brand new),u can buy a 2-door Swift(called 'Buggy')from Vitesse Motors,Mumbai for Rs.11 lakhs.

yes u can i have seen ZEN in such form on mumbai road but idont have idea for the expense but u can buy an another used car in that expense
