we shared the same goal dude!
my weight is 61kg.my goal is to reach 70kg by the end of this year.Sounds very difficult right?
well,after intensive training in my own gym( my room), i managed to get rid bad fats from my body and added roughly 8 pounds of lean muscles into my body!
8 pounds is quite small amount right?
but for a person that has a very metabolism, i think that is enough for 3 weeks of training.
well, this is what i did..
morning : 100 push-ups, 30 minutes workout with my dumbbell.types of exercises? i invented it myself!(^^,)
Evening: 100 push-ups, 1 hours of workout.
Night:100 push-ups.
So, most of my exercises relies on the most cheapest n simplest exercise that everyone that do in their room, and that is push-ups!
About diet, i took all kinds of foods coz i have high metabolism.So, the foods are digested at a faster rate without have to oppurtonities to be stored as fats! But i kinda hate my metabolism rate coz i have to eat every 3 hours after i took heavy meals! means, i have to eat 6 times a day and pay more

Have lots of chocolate pastries, chips, burgers and junk food. this way you will gain a killo a week.

Increase you protein intake(daily intake), this will help you to pick up weight.
