Install a good Virus Guard. ( Anti Virus software)
U can try Norton Antivirus , Mcaffee.
U can download it for free from www.download.com
just type antivirus in search, and it will list out all kinds of antivirus programmes. So simply select one which u feel suitable for u.
I personally recommand that go for Norton Antivirus. Thats the best.
