i have been having tummy pains as i would before my period on and off for a few days now.im not sure if this is a sign that my period is going to start soon or i read that it could be my womb streatching if i am pregnant but i thought it would be too soon for that if i was?

Firstly, don't panic, stressing out is only going to make the situation worse. Pregnancy tests aren't really reliable until about three weeks after an 'incident' occurring - the excess amount of the hormones that gives a positive result on a test aren't abundant enough until this point.
Really you should see a doctor because it could be any number of things causing it, but you will wanna rule out some of the nastier ones.
If you can't get to a doc then phone your nearest family planning or GUM clinic as they will have a better idea of what it might be.
Good luck!

Some women have irregular periods so this could be perfectly normal. Don't worry about it. If you get severe cramping during your period, and bleed heavily you could have endometriosis. This would also cause irregular periods. And sometimes dieting and stress can make them irregular as well.

There are many possible reasons.
1. pregnancy
