Sp3 does not exist at this present time . Sp2 is the latest one

don't try to download as well as install the current link for windows sp3 on the website. because, as i know, all the links ( or exactly all the windows sp3 packages) are just the integration of windows sp2 with all the hotfixes, security updates, and IE7, windows defender etc til this present time. i think you can do it your self by downloading all the hotfixes and updates from MS website, after that use the software named nlite @ http://www.nliteos.com/
it will be much better than downloading from unreliable websites

microsoft has put off the relesse of sp/3 till 2008 because of the big vista rollout in early 2007
