when a star explodes into a nebulae its then has black holes in or around it causing vacuum. its once magnetic field still pulsates letting off higher frequency waves that we can pickup this a quasar ones that are further out or that have cooled off over 15,000yrs still give off these pulses thus pulsar. And about your light to another plane or dimension or a light source for another planet
