My first concert, i will never forget. i was 12 years old and it was Bon Jovi in 1987 on their Slippery When Wet tour. Sensational for my first concert experience. the highlight was when Jon flew up and over the audence to the centre of the audience and then stopped and stood on a huge black box and Sang Never Say Goodbye. I was with a group of 6 girls (my cousins and their friends) and we were all reduced to tears. I've loved concerts ever since. My all time fave concert though is Kiss. ive seen them twice and i just love em. i live for rock/pop concerts!

I have two answers:
When I was small, I went with my folks to a Platters concert at the Reading, PA Fairgrounds. That was in the early 70's.
The first concert I chose to go to was Bob Seger at the Hollywood Sportatorium, Pembroke Pines, FL. That would have been the early 80's, when "Shame on the Moon" was a huge hit.

Mine was Anthrax and Testament at the royal court theatre in Liverpool in 1987. Highlights was being amazed at stage divers and thinking "this is great "

Kiss Hot in the Shade with Slaughter and supposedly Faster Pussycat, but they ended up being replaced by little Ceasar. Columbus Ohio in 1989. I don't remember much except I was 13 and me and my friend got to go alone and she was making out with some old guy for weed.

Bon Jovi at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. Poison was the opening act. I don't remember much more than that as it was also the first time I got drunk. I do remember that the tickets cost less than $20.
