Can't. Once you have re-formatted the disc, it is gone. Gone. Gone. The new information ovewrites it.

hey this can be done ...all you have to do is to look for this software ...easy recovery
i have been using it for a long time
it can help u recover deleted stuff,
formated: HDD,floppies and flashdisks
it can recover raw (this is another option that if you dont know the previous file system you can choose this option to recover (then at the end of the recovery it will group files according to the extension ie .dll ,.doc, .xcl,.mp3 .mvw.etc
if your zip files or office documents are corrupt it can repair it for you

Whatever you had before is gone, formatting is true deletion.

you can call the local repair shop and see if they can do data recovery or serch for data recovery on the web its expencive tho anyware from 400-4000
